1. Our beliefs affects our anxiety, and our anxiety affects our beliefs.
2. Our thought affects our anxiety, and our anxiety affects our thoughts.
3 The meaning that we make from things is a massive contributor to our anxiety.
4. WE are not destined genetically to unhealthy worry for the rest of our lives.
5. Some of our anxieties may be healthy.
6. Set in motion anxiety can become physiological.
